A Non-Refundable DEPOSIT OF $1,300.00 IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE your beef and the remaining $2,000.00 will be due before your beef is delivered or ships straight to you.

Beef will arrive vacuum-packaged and boxed after a period of dry-aging at the butcher. This quantity of beef will require approximately 8-12 cubic feet of freezer space.

What you'll receive: 250 pounds of beef

20% Steaks: 44 packages of a mix of rib eye, new york, sirloin tip, top sirloin, tenderloin, filet, flank, london broil, skirt and tri tip

15% Roasts: 36-40 packages of a mix of chuck-o-bone, shoulder bone, rump, seven bone (chuck), trip tip, brisket, eye of round, stew meat, flankin ribs, short ribs and soup bones

65% Ground Beef: approximately 140 pounds of premium fresh ground beef

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to you regarding fulfillment. After paying your deposit we will contact you regarding delivery and an estimated delivery date. Fulfillment slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. 

Please note that we only ship to California and surrounding states (Nevada, Oregon and Arizona). If you are in Bakersfield, CA you can choose local delivery and we will happily deliver to your home or location of choice
