A Non-Refundable DEPOSIT OF $1,600 IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE your beef and the remaining $5,000.00 will be due before your beef is delivered or ships straightto you.

The beef will arrive vacuum-packed and boxed after a period of dry-aging at the butcher. This quantity of beef will require approximately 18-21 cubic feet of freezer space, or a full deep freezer.

Please keep in mind that when you purchase a whole beef, you will get a cut sheet to order the cuts you prefer for you and your family. Below is just an example of what you could receive.

21% Steaks: 105 pounds of a variety of rib eye, new york, sirloin tip, top sirloin, tenderloin, filet, flank, london broil, skirt and tri tip

27% Roasts and Savory Cuts: 135 pounds of a variety of chuck-o-bone, shoulder bone, rump, seven bone (chuck), trip tip, brisket, eye of round, stew meat, flankin ribs, short ribs and soup bones

43% Ground Beef: 215 pounds of premium fresh ground beef

9% Organs and Bones: 45 pounds of just what it says.  

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to you regarding fulfillment. After paying your deposit we will contact you regarding delivery and an estimated delivery date. Fulfillment slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. 

Please note that we only ship to California and surrounding states (Nevada, Oregon and Arizona). If you are in Bakersfield, CA you can choose local delivery and we will happily deliver to your home or location of choice
