A Non-Refundable DEPOSIT OF $2,000 IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE your beef and the remaining $4,650.00 will be due before your beef is delivered or ships straight to you.

The beef will arrive vacuum-packed and boxed after a period of dry-aging at the butcher. This quantity of beef will require approximately 18-21 cubic feet of freezer space, or a full deep freezer.

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to you regarding fulfillment. After paying your deposit we will contact you regarding delivery and an estimated delivery date. Fulfillment slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. 

Please note that we only ship to California and surrounding states (Nevada, Oregon and Arizona). If you are in Bakersfield, CA you can choose local delivery and we will happily deliver to your home or location of choice
